These Roasted Brussels & Crispy Prosciutto are golden, crispy, and packed with flavour that are guaranteed to be a hit on your holiday table!
They’re easy to make, full of festive charm, and pair perfectly with your favourite Christmas roast.
Side note too and Brussel sprouts are also really good for us, packed with fibre and compounds that support liver detoxification.
Fun fact, I also used to hate Brussel sprouts as a child but roasting them is an absolute game changer.

Roasted Brussels & Crispy Prosciutto
Ingredients
- 15-20 Brussel sprouts
- ½ lemon
- 1 tsbp extra virgin olive oil
- 2-4 slices prosciutto
- sprinkle of salt flakes/rock salt
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 200c
- Remove outer leaves and trim the stems of the Brussels and cut into halves
- Squeeze juice of half a lemon into a bowl
- Add 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Grate some lemon zest and add a pinch of salt
- Coat the Brussels in the lemon mixture and place into the oven
- Once the Brussels are in the oven, tear or slice the prosciutto into smaller pieces ready to add to the oven 5 mins before the Brussels are ready.
- Roast for 20-30 mins until crispy and golden - NOTE - 5 mins before the Brussels are ready, add the prosciutto to the pan and this will crisp in the oven.
- Once cooked, remove from the oven and serve.
