The perfect winter warmer, ginger is also the perfect nutrient to support your central nervous system.
Key Nutrients - The Ultimate Healthy Hot Chocolate
Cacao Powder – One of my favourites cacao powder offers more nutrients than its counterpart cocoa powder. Cacao powder is less processed than cocoa powder and is made by cold-pressing cacao beans meaning more nutritional enzymes are retained, which means more benefits for you.
Ginger – A powerful ingredient that has so many benefits, ginger is well worth creeping into your diet wherever possible. Some of these benefits are its ability to reduce inflammation in the body and its powerful work as an antioxidant to help remove toxins.
Almond milk – A perfect source of monounsaturated fats, almond milk is also high in Vitamin E, which is another really good source of antioxidants. It also tastes pretty nice too!
