Nutrition Consultations have arrived!! I am now available for Clinical Nutrition appointments at Wellnation Clinics in Sydney.
Wellnation Clinics is a health practice operated by Endeavour College of Natural Health and senior student practitioners are available to treat clients under the supervision of qualified practitioners. I’m now in my final year of completing a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional & Dietetic Medicine and I’ll be spending 15 hours every week working with clients in Wellnation Clinic. Meeting with a student practitioner is the perfect way to explore your own health in a really cost-effective manner.

What to Expect
The initial consultation is a time to get to know you and understand your primary health concerns. Our role as Clinical Nutritionists is to uncover and assess any underlying causes and help you overcome them. As this is a student practising clinic, the consultation is observed by one or two other students and my supervising lecturers oversee everything. Be warned, nutritionists LOVE to talk about bowel movements as this is often a great indicator of whats happening on the inside and if you’d like to get familiar with yours prior to the consultation, feel free to take a look at the global standardised description known as the Bristol Stool Chart here.
During the initial consultation you will be asked about your full medical history, any medications or supplements you are taking, family medical history and some insights into your current dietary intake and lifestyle. If you have any recent blood test results it is really useful to bring these with you too.
Appointments last approximately 1.5 hours and WE will work together to help you achieve YOUR goals using the science behind food and nutritional supplementation to help you achieve optimal health.
Initial Consultation: $20
Follow up Consultations: $15
Additional costs incurred can be due to the recommendation of supplements or further diagnostic testing (although these are at your discretion).
